CamoMyRide.com is owned and operated by Trail Master Outdoors INC and all purchases are subject to the policies and terms of TMO INC.
CUSTOMER DEDICATION: Although the below Terms and Conditions seem to be legally grim, we realize that our customers are our greatest asset, and we will do all that we can to keep you happy and give you 110 percent Customer support. We take pride in the quality of Trail Master Outdoors, and feel that you will too.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Orders may have taxes and duties applied, please check your local tax/duty laws for additional information. These are out of our control and we have no way of calculating or anticipating these charges for you. International orders fall under these same Terms and Conditions, the only difference, is the shipping agreement. International customers must agree to the quoted shipping costs from a representative of Trail Master Outdoors (via email).
CANADA ORDERS: Only some of the products we offer are available for purchase in Canada. Our shopping cart is not designed to correctly calculate the shipping costs to Canada and all Canadian orders will have the appropriate shipping costs manually ADDED to their total purchase price. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, and we can't control those costs. Please if you have questions contact your Countries Duty or Tax Department for information on the charges for importation of items to your Country. International orders are charge a restocking fee of 15 percent, if returned due to not paying or refusal of paying for the import tax, import taxes and shipping costs will not be refunded. We ship in the USA. If you desire International shipping, please contact us for shipping rates.
PAYMENT TERMS: All orders must be paid in full before deliver is attempted. We accept: Postal Money Orders, Credit Cards, Certified Checks and Personal Checks.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard Credit Cards, PayPal or Checks.
PRODUCT RETURNS: If an item arrives damaged from shipment, you must contact or inform the shipping carrier immediately and report the damaged package. This is YOUR responsibility! If you are unhappy with any product and wish to return it, YOU MUST notify use before returning a product for an RMA# or the package can be refused!
Sorry, no cash Refunds, Exchanges Only (In the case of size misjudgments), If you have received an item proven to be defective, we reserve the right to decide to replace, refund or repair depending on original manufactures warranty.

This ALSO applies to items shipped as a *FREE SHIPPING ITEM's as well. Actual shipping and handling charges are Non-Refundable in the event of a return under any circumstances! This also applies to all Free Shipping items, thse are actual costs and are non refundable. The Customer is responsible for insuring the package for the value paid for the item and returning it to the vendor, once you have contacted us for a return authorization via phone or e-mail.
If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. CLOSE OUTS AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE and are Sold AS IS!
Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by the individual manufacturer and will be honored and handled through each individual manufacturer, not TMO.
All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case!
SPECIAL/CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS! Each product carries its own guarantee as provided by the manufacture, we at Trail Master Outdoors do not specifically guarantee, nor expressly offer, any such guarantee on products carried in our store.
*SPECIAL ORDER/CUSTOM MADE ITEMS HAVE A NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY! These special orders items are offered as is and carry a no return or refund express offer! Once printed and shipped, items are not returnable unless damaged!
NO ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR WITHOUT OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY PACKAGE BACK, unless defective and then it is the responsibility of the manufacture for warranty issues!

In the case of fabric flaws, and manufacturing defects. We must be contacted within 5 days after receipt of goods.
Reshipment or return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the purchaser and set by the manufacture, not TMO. The purchaser assumes the cost of any returns and re-shipments. Returns must be shipped by USPS Insured Parcel Post or Insured Priority Mail, within 5 days after RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number was issued. Once received and inspected for damage or use, our Vendor will contact us and let us know the status of your return. Items returns in used, damaged or non-resalable condition will not be refunded!
DAMAGE CLAIMS: If an item arrives damaged from shipment, you must contact or inform the shipping carrier immediately and report the damaged package. This is YOUR responsibility! If you suspect fowl play with your package, please do not open or accept it unless goods inside are inspected in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier immediately and to us within 48 Hours or 2 business days or customer assumes full responsibility for damage and/or loss.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your package in a timely manner. Trail Master Outdoors accepts no responsibility in the case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect or improperly submitted address information. If your package is returned to us, You will be contacted and offered the option of having your order re shipped for an additional shipping charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
LIABILITY: Trail Master Outdoors accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage incurred as a result of possession or use of any merchandise or equipment received from Trail Master Outdoors for any reason including but not limited to: improper use, defect in design or production, improper or incorrect assembly, damage from shipment or handling. The buyer and/or user further agrees to hold harmless any and all employees, representatives and assets of Trail Master Outdoors The buyer and/or user further assumes all responsibility for obtaining and using any necessary safety equipment. Additionally, the buyer/user accepts the fact that hunting, fishing, camping, skate boarding, snow boarding, inline and other extreme sports in any form, is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death, and agrees to obtain any necessary, instruction, supervision or safety materials.
TMO also accepts no liability for electronic errors in purchasing on our site. Mis prints, typographical errors, incorrectly posted pricing, we reserve the right to correct before placing any order for shipment.
Promotion Code Details.
Free Shipping offers are limited to Ground Shipping, Only within the lower 48 States. If you place your order as a 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air order, or if you order is shipping out of the lower 48 States, additional shipping charges will apply. Promotional codes are valid for only 30 days from date posted.
GIFT CARD TERMS:
Gift Card are suject to the following terms and conditions. Gift Cards must be redeemed within a 12 month period or 365 Day from the date the Gift Card was purchased. Unredeemed Gift Cards, or balances unredeemed on the Gift Cards, are non-refundable. If you have any problems redeeming a Gift Card code, please call us at 801 833-3820 and we would be happy to help. Gift Card charges will appear on your Credit Card statment as a charge from our parent Company, Trail Master Outdoors INC.
